At All About Teez, we want you to love your purchase! Because all of our products are custom printed on-demand specifically for you, we have the following policy:

Custom Made-to-Order Items

All products are printed after your order is placed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color differences due to monitor settings
  • General dissatisfaction with the product

Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or has a printing error, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

To qualify for a replacement or refund due to defect or damage, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • Provide your order number

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item at no additional cost or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos of the incorrect item.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for next steps.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
